This young man is my grandson Jamey, who graduated from high school this afternoon. At about 6-foot-4-inches, he towers over me (I'm only 5'-9"). His other grandmother, in the kitchen doorway behind me, is even shorter beside him than I am. Now for a bit of contrast — in the photo below, taken with my cell phone camera earlier, Jamey was the dot in the middle of those square-hatted seniors processing in to graduate.

Congratulations to all of you in your family who helped Jamey get through high school to graduation! That must have been a fun day for every one!
