I found part of this list in a 2007 blog post:  Traveling in books (shown below).  Other parts of the list came from a January 2006 email to the Essencia Island readers, listing what we would read in 2006, 2007, and into 2008.  I remember most of them (6-21-13), but it's possible I didn't finish one or two of them, like the Vermeer book for July and the one for August by Fuentes.  I think I still have the Vermeer, though.  I will add other books as I run across them, like from my blog, Bonnie Reviews Books.
