It's still hard to imagine my children are grandparents. My daughter's daughter has a daughter, and my son's son has a son. Here are those two (of my three) with their grandchildren. Jaxon, who was wearing that plastic fire hat earlier, has put it on his Grandpa's head. See him looking at it?
And here's Raegan, hugging her Nanny. I got a good profile photo of her here, looking like she's on the verge of another giggle. She looks straight at somebody and starts a loud "HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!!" And that makes all of us laugh along with her. She had the whole firehall laughing at Jaxon's first birthday party.

Oh, I love family stories like these. Now that my grandchildren are in their teens, it might only be another ten years before they have children.
I have some "great-grandchildren" from some of my step-grandchildren, in the meantime.
Here's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT and
MY WEBSITE
Laurel-Rain, I have a family story already in the hopper for Christmas Eve day. I think you'll like it, so come back to Bonnie's Books on that day to read it.
Amazing! I've only just got used to be a grandmother - it's taken me 11 years, so I have quite a few to go before I can be a great grandmother.
The years go by quickly, that's for sure. I imagine we'll be great-grandparents sometime in the next decade or so. Love the 2nd photo, so precious.
What wonderful family photos!
You are blessed! My kids are just to the marrying age. I am so looking forward to grandkids.
That is so cool - great pics of family :)
It's just so crazy to think that you are a great grandma! but how wonderful that you are healthy and young and have so much more time to enjoy your extended family
Blessed, as Nise' said (thanks, Nise'), but young, Helen? I'm 71, which is older than any of my grandparents ever were. I know that's considered relatively young these days, but I'm not exactly a youngster. My twin daughters are 51, and my son is 48.
I love the photo of her giggling - so sweet! My mom was a young grandmother at 37, so I know she'll be a relatively young great-grandma too. She's 59 now and her oldest grandkid is 21, just doesn't have any kids yet (which is nice - so far they are focused on other things). :)
It looks like even more fun than just plain old kids or grandkids. You're fortunate to get to share it. Here's My Saturday Snapshot
You started young and your kids followed suit. I started young and my kids when they were older. My Mom lived to see this but not sure I will. Beautiful story.
Enjoy them; children grow before your very eyes. I'm seeing that with our two small ones.
These are so precious.
I'll be a 1st time grandma in May, but I waited and awful long time. In reality, I am probably old enough to be a great-grandma but I don't feel or look like one.
Sweet family photos! Very nice.
