International Women's Day is celebrated annually on March 8, yet the global campaign theme continues all year long to encourage action. The theme for 2022 is "gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow."
We can all play a part in helping build an equal world.

Happy International Women's Day. It's funny, my new workplace put out a video honoring all the women who work in the company and I wondered if it is because they "have to." Then I realized I'd be miffed if they didn't acknowledge it. :-) Damned if they do and damned if they don't. I should adjust my attitude!
