Exercise ~ using a resistance band

SilverSneakers has exercises we can do while using resistance bands.  Their Beginner's Guide has:
  1. Lat Pulldown
  2. Seated Row
  3. Band Side Step
  4. Clamshell
  5. Side Leg Lift

If you don't have a resistance band, you could just do these squats instead.
