Exercise ~ using a resistance band
SilverSneakers has exercises we can do while using resistance bands. Their Beginner's Guide has:- Lat Pulldown
- Seated Row
- Band Side Step
- Clamshell
- Side Leg Lift

If you don't have a resistance band, you could just do these squats instead.
