Raegan, my great-granddaughter, had a rough day yesterday. First, she had to stay home because she was not feeling well. Then, she had to go to the doctor, which scares her. When my babysitting daughter took her home from that, they got a call about a possible tornado in the area and the two of them watched videos on Grandma's (my daughter's) cell phone, while sitting in a strong closet until tornado danger was more or less over. When I ate with my daughter yesterday evening, she shared this photo she took to send Raegan's parents to let them know the day wasn't ALL bad. I think Raegan looks pretty good for a sick little girl.

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? post came online at its scheduled time, I was sitting near a window during the major wind and rain storm, trying to read during a power outage. I had no idea my daughter was sitting in a closet with her granddaughter. There was so much rain that my street flooded just south of me (photo above). All over town, there were detours around traffic accidents and trees that had fallen across roads. Traffic lights were out in several parts of town. Overall, it was a mess around here!

20. I would re-do the day I asked for a divorce. I didn't do it very well. Actually, I guess I'd re-do the first few days of separation; I was so relieved to have it out in the open that I wasn't as thoughtful as I could have been.
