Mindful March

I think mindfulness is one of my favorite themes that they do. Paying attention to the world about me and how I walk through it is so important.

Me, too, Helen. I haven't been posting the monthly calendars lately, but this one got me. I'm also more aware (mindful) of the proximity of people since Covid, paying attention to who is near me and whether they may be "dangerous" strangers who couldn't be bothered to get the Covid vaccinations.
