Active April

We've had Happy January, Friendly February, and Mindful March.  Now we've into Active April.  I'm ready to start being more active again.  How about you?  Is it one of your goals?  Here are the suggested actions for each day of the first week of April.

April 1
~ Commit to doing something active every day this month.
April 2
~ Have an outdoor walking meeting, instead of sitting inside.
April 3
~ Listen to your body and be grateful for what it can do.
April 4
~ Go up and down the stairs whenever possible today.
April 5
~ Get natural light early in the day.  Turn off lights in the evening.
April 6
~ Enjoy dancing to your favorite music.  Really go for it.
April 7
~ Get outside and plant a tree, flowers, or some seeds.

I always manage to find an excuse not to be as active as I should so this month will be a challenge for me. Starting the week sick isn't helping!
