This was taken with my cell phone, about an hour after I had snapped a
photo of the sign at Ryan's. I could "wonder" if there's any connection between the two, but — no — the snapshot taken an hour before was the result of carelessness or an under-educated employee. (Why are you still here? Don't you want to see
my earlier photo?)

That Ryan's sign is hilarious (and a bit sad)! I always freak out a little inside when I see emergency vehicles.
Maybe the paramedics decided enough was enough and they wanted some "breckfast"

Alyce, after taking the first photo, I ate some really good fish at the restaurant next door. As I was about to leave, the ambulance and fire engine arrived, allowing me to take this photo near dark. A patron who was leaving told me a man had gotten sick in the rest room. That was the emergency.
Helen, actually it was the wrong time of day -- it was supper time.
Mary, it's now three weeks later, and the sign has changed. I don't know if anyone ever noticed the spelling problem. I didn't "breck" the news to them.
