Today, I reserved Laurie Halse Anderson's newest YA novel, Forge, at my library, which has three copies in process. Forge, the second in a trilogy, follows Chains (click to read my review). I have also reviewed some of her other books: Speak, Independent Dames, Thank You, Sarah, and The Hair of Zoe Fleefenbacher Goes to School.Here's a video Laurie made when she was in Austin for the Texas Book Festival.

I have read a number of her books, but not Chains or Forge or Fever 1793. However, I did just buy all three for my daughter and I to read together
