Musing and getting outside today
We may be in the middle of July, but I want to share this monthly calendar for Jump Back Up July anyway. Since my brother just died, I feel a need to "jump back up" and keep on keeping on. What's today's suggestion? "Get outside and move to help clear your head." There is no rain in the forecast, so maybe I can.

I am so sorry to hear about your brother! I have been a bit lax about reading blogs and must have missed that announcement.
My parents are finally settled/unpacked at their new retirement home and I think it's going to be good. If only my dad's short term memory was slipping quickly. It's so difficult to watch.
