Kiki loves to be near me. Thursday, when I stretched out to read a bit, she snuggled up against me, wrapped her paws around my arm, and tucked her head in tight. These hugs (it isn't the first time, as you can
see
here and
here and
here) make it hard to turn pages with one hand and read. But she loves me and it was my birthday. Who could resist?

Adorable! My family's cat liked to climb in my lap while I was trying to use my laptop...which made typing difficult, but I never had the heart to push her off!

That is so sweet! My cats don't do anything like that. One is more independent (and likes to wake me up all hours of the night) and the other is super-needy but wants people to pet her constantly or she won't hang around.
*groan* You are LOVED!!! lol
I love it when our poodle does that, it's like a small child :-)
We have 3 and one of them seems to always need that little human touch...thankfully they don't all decide to snuggle at the same time :)

Do you mean fluffy as in "I'm not fat, I'm fluffy"? She's a fat cat, actually. But a loving fat cat.
How sweet! Mine doesn't go to that extent. She mostly tries to use the book as a pillow, or to rub her chin on the corner. She still does it with my Nook.
