Coyote Tracks, anyone?

The first Saturday in February is National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day.  Before there was snow on the ground this week, I went shopping and stocked up on food for me and for my cat Clawdia.  One of the things I got was Coyote Tracks ice cream, my store's version of Moose Tracks.  I had ice cream sandwiches on hand already, so I'm ready for this "national" day, no matter what kind of ice cream I'm in the mood for.
