National Night Out

National Night Out, a national community-building campaign, is celebrated every August 1st.  This year the Crown Center will have Nigel Thomas here to perform on steel drum for us at 6:00 pm, when we will also be served Caribbean refreshments.

My town of University City is also celebrating National Night Out.  This one is from 5:00-7:00 pm at Jackson Park Elementary.  I'll be going to the one here at the Crown Center.
