"Take a step towards an important goal, however small." That's the suggestion for May 4th on the
Meaningful May calendar. I signed up to exercise together in a Zoom class, and it starts today. Would you call this "a step towards an important goal"? My goal is to stay as healthy as possible, even in my 80s.
This is absolutely a good idea and it fits with the May directive. I hope the class is enjoyable and keeps you limber.
