The enunciation apocalypse

Can you hear the difference between lunch and launch?  Do you enunciate each of these words correctly?

e·nun·ci·ate /əˈnənsēˌāt/ verb = pronounce or say clearly.  Example:  "She enunciated each word slowly and carefully."

Word of the Day #2

a·poc·a·lypse /əˈpäkəˌlips/ noun = an event involving destruction or damage on an awesome or catastrophic scale.  Example:  "That general above will get an apocalypse, rather than his lunch."
