Remembering my childhood

I remember Miss Griffin's Footlong Hot Dog stand when it looked like this and stood on a tiny triangle between streets.  It was directly across from my Dad's grocery store on the corner of Main Street and Central Avenue in Chattanooga.  We lived in the back of our store . . . my mom and dad, his parents, and me.  My parents are now buried in National Cemetery, just beyond the trees on the right, behind the men on the corner in this photo.

  1. I bet it was great fun to grow up in a city with so many people around you. That photo is full of memories for you.
