Picoult Party!

Sheila is hosting a Berg Fest, which reminds me of another writer whose books I love.  Let's have a *...PICOULT...PARTY...* to celebrate the great books by Jodi Picoult.  She has published eighteen novels (as of today), and I've read all but the last one.  She also did a Wonder Woman comic, that I have not read.  I've already mentioned more than half of her books on this blog, so the links take you there.

19.  Sing You Home, 2011
This one, which was published today, explores what it means to be gay in today’s world and how reproductive science has outstripped the legal system. Are embryos people or property? What challenges do same-sex couples face when it comes to marriage and adoption? What happens when religion and sexual orientation – two issues that are supposed to be justice-blind – enter the courtroom? And most importantly, what constitutes a “traditional family” in today’s day and age?

  2. I've only read Plain Truth, which I enjoyed. If I only have time to read one, which one would you recommend that I read?

  3. It's hard to know what someone else would like best, but my favorites were My Sister's Keeper and House Rules.
