I'm not sure if Bonnie is happy because she finished the semester and turned in grades or because I'm giving her a big hug. But she's holding me tight, and I think I'll take credit for making her smile.
Dear Kiki, I love this picture of you and Bonnie----you are a very blessed cat and Bonnie is blessed to have you. You know, I've always thought you cats were all aloof, but you are an obvious exception.
When Kiki was the bookstore cat, she went up to strangers. She truly likes people. My friends talk to her -- and she talks back, as though answering them. When we say her name, she turns to face the speaker and says, "Meow." She is, indeed, a most remarkable cat.
Ok, how can that not make you happy?! Now I miss my dog.
ReplyDeleteKiki is the most loving cat I've ever known. Yes, she makes me happy. Are you still stuck in Ireland? Have you and Sophia gotten to Oman yet?

Happy snuggling!
