Knee surgery today

Count those wearing red.  My red is under the unbuttoned shirt (back row).
I could talk about the biggest thing on my agenda right now, knee replacement surgery today for my roommate Donna — which means I'll be doing the driving and grocery shopping for awhile.

Or I could show you another picture of the party I attended recently, when folks from my church got together to celebrate a retirement and eat together.

Yeah, I thought you'd prefer this photo.  Look at the colors we're wearing.   How many of us are wearing some shade of red?  Honestly, nobody sent out a memo saying, "Wear red."

I hope Donna's knee surgery went well. My dad just had a partial knee done a month ago and recovery is going well

Please let me know how it goes. I have to get a hip replacement soon and would like to hear stories about recovery. Wish Donna luck and I will keep her in my prayers.

Praying that the knee surgery went well and that recovery is going well. I know a great pharmacist not too far from where you guys are if you need scripts filled. ☺ I will be praying for the Physical Therapy portion of recovery too! For my ACL replacement, that was a time I needed to push myself toward healing... but I had a great team of folks at the PT place.

Now you can both do your PT exercises and hold each other accountable for continued strengthening!

Blessings,
debra

All the best to Donna---I do hope all went well and that she has a quick recovery. And all the best to you, too, Bonnie, in caring for her.
