In the Around the World list, I have read Storyteller's Daughter, Snowflower and the Secret Fan, The Other Boleyn Girl.

I am interested to see the Daniel Liss book on the list! I had nominated that book in a different group that I was in, but didn't get much response. It does look interesting to me!

In the Essencia Island books, I have read My Sister's Keeper, Girl in Hyacinth Blue, Gilead, Stolen Lives, Never Let Me Go, The Alchemist, The Tea Rose, The Secret River and The Kite Runner!

Hey Bonnie! I've been so busy the past few months, that I've barely had time to log on to the Oprah site at all.

But I will be reading Little Children and Snow in April with y'all!

Hi Bonnie,
I really enjoyed our visit yesterday. You site is looking really good since the first time I visited. I am not going to promise that I will start a blog but I will keep you up to date on my adventures in Korea and beyond.

Love your Buddie, Marylyn

Hi Bonnie:
Very interesting site. Very interesting posting here.
You make me realize that even though I am always reading something, I am not exactly..... prolific about it.
Which is to say... I am a slow reader, PLUS. I have only a couple hours a night, and weekends. That's it.
I have only read ONE of the books listed here.
Gilead.

hi, I realize this was awhile ago... Did you enjoy the Vermeer book by Bailey? I just finished one of his travelogues and was out searching for other reviews. :)
